Fast growing law firm practice group seeks a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to oversee and coordinate educational seminars, assist with production of electronic newsletter, desktop publications duties, web-site management and to serve as liaison with printers and designers and act as primary liaison between lawyers and clients/marketing contracts etc.
Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the development and administration of practice group events including an annual seminar that attracts 300 prospects and clients. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the web presence of the practice and attorneys is up-to-date, including bios, social media sites, awards, etc.
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, communications or other relevant field and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Software, including Excel, Power Point and social media expertise to post company updates on a variety of platforms.
Of special importance is extensive experience with Constant Contacts or similar product. Proven experience utilizing exemplary written and verbal communication abilities and initiative and adaptability. Experience in a law firm is a plus and with flexibility to manage demands outside of traditional business hours.
