The Immigration Practice Group at the law firm of McCandlish Holton provides visa services and immigration advice to businesses, colleges and universities, school systems, researchers, professional athletes, entertainers and individuals across the country and around the world. We advise U.S. and foreign clients on all aspects of obtaining U.S. work visas as well as the hiring and transfer of international personnel.

Our Paralegals and Attorneys work in a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate should be detail oriented, energetic, accurate and able to handle a high volume of work in this busy, fast-paced department.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases.
• Manage multiple cases from file opening to submission.
