Description

McCandlish Holton, a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Richmond's financial district with 90 employees is seeking an experienced Trainer & Help Desk Support employee with previous work background in a professional business office. Responsibilities

  • Train users on various programs to include Microsoft365 & iManage Work (DMS)
  • Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and phones
  • Provide Tier I-II helpdesk support to Attorneys and Staff in a timely manner
  • Be able to engage vendor support channels as part of the troubleshooting process
  • Maintain software changes, upgrades, and rollouts across the user base

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree - minimum
  • 2+ years of experience in help desk support, preferably in law firm environment
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, training, and Document Management Systems
  • Excellent customer service capability
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Must be able to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
