Fast growing law firm practice group seeks a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to oversee and coordinate educational seminars, manage production of electronic newsletter, marketing presentation packages and manage web-site and social media presence. Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the development and administration of practice group events, including an annual seminar that attracts 200 prospects and clients. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining profile of attorneys, practice areas, bios, social media sites, awards, etc.
The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, communications or other relevant field and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Software, HubSpot, Constant Contact and various social media platforms. Candidate will have exemplary written and verbal communication abilities. Candidate will be self-motivated and take ownership of projects. Experience in a law firm is a plus and with flexibility to manage demands outside of traditional business hours.
